Book
any training or consultancy service and I will provide the following
essential tools necessary for a productive use of AutoCAD as part of the
service: -
Drawing Template Files:
Used to store the default styles and settings for the type of drawings
you want to create.
Tool Palettes:
Used to store a library or re-usable content that you can use on other
drawings.
Plot styles:
Used to control the colours, lineweights and overall style of drawing
when it is printed out.
These are features of AutoCAD that are quite often not setup properly or
overlooked completely and it is my aim to provide the necessary tools to

Please be aware that Autodesk are “retiring” the 2007
version of their products on 15th March of this
year affecting amongst others AutoCAD 2007, AutoCAD LT2007,
Architectural Desktop 2007 and Autodesk Inventor Suite 2007.
This means that if you do not upgrade your software before 15th March 2010 Autodesk will not
allow you to do so afterwards and you would need to purchase the
software from scratch with the cost implications of doing so.
